since i turned 29 i started to break out. i get pimples that just dont pop and just stay under the skin. i need help

I had the same problems too.(Im 30 yrs old) Go to your dermatologist and he/she can recommend specific treatment for your skin. Don't use over the counter products because it just makes it worse. As a black woman I had acne that would scar my skin too. After going to my dermatologist he subscribed antibiotics pills, creams to reduce breakage of acne on the skin. I also got his private brand of skin care products (cleanser, toner, moisturizer etc.) that actually really works! If you are white you may be able to get laser treatments to eliminate scarring. If you're light or dark skin you can get glycolic peels and microdermabrations done to your skin. (These treatments exfoliates the skin and brings the acne to the surface which helps to eventually elimate them) Drink plenty of water....lots of water. Since then my skin has cleared up and I get acne once in a blue moon that does not scar my face. Hope this helps!
