Rosacea is also called adult acne.





Rosacea is a skin disease when the face skin becomes red with papules and pus filled spots. This disease is also called as adult acne though there is no relation between rosacea and acne. Rosacea has no cure but can be treated and brought under control. It can develop at any age in any person and no causes are known. Women are more prone to rosacea then men. Though fair skinned people have higher tendency to develop rosacea, anybody can get it. Rosacea can be left untreated but that can cause more severe problems.
