How to get rid of adult acne for good??
Try to do a roaccutanne course.Ask your dermatologist but most importantly, use a soapfree face wash and a good moisturiser. Moisturise generously and drink lots and lots of water.
Reply:If nothing seems to be working for ya. I would suggest trying a herbal treatment like acnezine

Reply:I've had acne for a long time as well. Drink lots of water and anything with antioxidants in it is really good, like green tea or strawberries. (for eating). There are some herbal supplemants like Clear Pores (you can google it) and I've used proactive but it only worked for a month. Def. use a cleanser, toner and moisturizer twice a day. Don't wash your face too much because it can irritate it more and the best thing you can do is not touch them! (I know it is hard) There is no cure for acne though, only treatments. And like they said before, keep a good diet stay away from oily foods.
Reply:Try the Clear Skin Regimen by Acne.org, I set a goal of three months for myself last April and stuck with it, after a month my skin was completely clear, and since I set a goal farther away it was easier to achieve, as I didn't have my hopes up for a quick fix
Reply:Hey, welcome to my world! I started having acne at 11 and it basically ruined my life throughout middle school and high school. I tried EVERY Rx drug out there. Then, my dermatologist went to desperate measures. Accutane. Ever heard of it? It worked wonders for me. Are you planning on having any more children soon? That's the BIG side effect. You cannot have children while you are on the drug. But it is phenomenal. The only other side effects were dry skin and I couldn't be out in the sun for a prolonged period of time. After being on Accutane for about 1 year, my acne was controlled. I am 22 now and I still have breakouts every so often, but so does everyone. Otherwise, my skins is clear and I can go without make-up if I wanted.
