Any ideas why I get it there only and what I can do to get rid of it? I basically have lots of little pimples along my jawline which tend to get a bit red and angry before my period is due.

tea tree oil ... works wonders for so many things. Google it
Reply:I usually wash around my mouth with antibacterial liquid soap afer when i eat food that has fats on it.
