Reply:try special med
Reply:grow a beard. oops maybe that won't work for u.
Reply:It's kind of impossible to hide. I have it too, mostly flares up before my monthly cycle. But, there's always a few here and there. Anti-bacterial soap and scrubbing with a clean washcloth really help. You can try to hide it with a good concealer make-up and powder. But, when I do, it usually makes me break-out worse later. It's a vicious circle. Best of luck to us and anyone else with this problem.
Reply:You'll want to use a better cleanser and moisterizer to get rid of it. But when they do show up try a facial highlighting pen or concealer. Mary Kay has amazing stuff that will help you out... Try Time Wise Miracle Set and either a facial highlighting pen or concealer.
Reply:Well, you could either put on foundation(which I don't know if that will totally work) or you could use some facial cleaning products.
Reply:Wear a mask!!
Reply:sorry... don't want to retype this all, so here's a copy and paste from a similar question i just answered:

first off, if you want to cover acne, foundation isn't going to be a lot of help, though it is a start:

first figure out if you're more warm or cool... don't look at your face to test this, look at your neck or forehead. is it more yellowy (warm) or pinkish (cool)? try to find somewhere you can test foundations before buying it... to test, run a bit along a clean jawline and smudge it in... if it disappears, you've got it.

now, to cover the acne. first off, you need a CORRECTOR. since most acne is red, you'll want a green one. you can get these just about anywhere. I know it seems funny to put green on your face, but if you've ever seen a colour wheel, green neutralizes red, turning it brownish. so put on the green to cover the red, then a concealer (your correcter may come with some?) over top of it to correct the colour.

also: for foundations! there's a lot of kinds out there: liquid, powders, creams, tinted moisturizers. if your skin is really muddled and blemished with red spots, use a cream, it'll be thicker and give you more coverage. also, if you have a good week and don't need so much coverage, you can add moisturizer to sheer it down.

if you put the foundation on before the corrector, it'll cover a lot of the minor blemishes and it'll save you a lot of correcter, time, and effort

additional comment to some of the other posters: wearing makeup shouldn't be clogging your pores and making it worse unless you're not cleansing! there's FIVE steps to skin care!

Cleanse! (for your oilier skin, you'll want a gel as opposed to a cream. and definately not a bar soap, as they're too harsh)

Stimulate! this is exfoliating and getting the blood flowing, which will help your skin regeneration and with sloughing of the dead skin. try a scrub with the little beads, or a mask, or AHAs...

Remove residue: astringents, toners, refreshiners... a lot of these can be acne medications too, and they'll get rid of any exfoliant, and all the bad crap in the tap water that'll hurt your skin.

Moisturize: self explainatory :P a lot of that may have zapped the moisture from your skin, you want to balance it back out.

and PROTECT! even if you don't wear foundation, wear an SPF! Something to protect your skin from UV and pollution... wearing nothing on your skin can actually be worse than wearing foundation.

It seems like a lot, but once you've gotten in the habit (4 or 5 days?), it takes 5 minutes to run through it all, and your skin will look a thousand times better.
Reply:use proactive or where a lot of makeup
Reply:Personally I would recommend Neutrogena cosmetics that are formulated for problem skin, Maybelene PURE, or the MARK line (made for the teen girl's problematic skin). Invest in a concealer that will fight acne as you wear it throughout the day and be careful not to wear other pore cloging products that will allow for more acne.

Also be sure to wash it all away before bed, and to allow your face at LEAST one day a week to breathe without makeup.

If you have oily skin and nothing seems to work (and you don't have the funds to use ProActive, or you have and that doesn't work) I reccomend the BiorĂ©® Pore Perfect product line along with BiorĂ©® Shine Control.
