is there an over the counter product i can buy to help clear up the reddness and acne problem i have??
Adult acne?
most OTC's are unreliable and some are good but i reccomend seeing a dermatologist. And not just for acne either you never know if your skin is being affected harshly by the sun.
Reply:A good one I have found is 'Avene Cleanance K' gel. It is by a French company and very good.
A little known fact about adult acne is that it is often caused or promoted by people sleeping with their heads under the covers, so make sure you're not doing this.
